Electrical inspections must be carried out every 3 years.

If rented furnished all upholstered items have fire certificates (i.e. beds and suites).

However, if you would like to manage the property yourself we will be pleased to find you a suitable tenant.

We offer a full property management service which includes:-

Finding a suitable tenant and obtaining references.

Arranging and drawing up the contracts (legal fees payable by the tenant)

Arranging for all services (i.e. telephone, water , gas etc.) to be transfered into the tenants name.

Carrying out regular inspections of the property to ensure correct standards are being maintained.

Drawing up and checking of inventory.
